Our room was really clean and had three beds, which was great. the location of this place was amazing—far enough away from the quieter areas, which we really appreciated. Plus, the staff were super accommodating, which was an added bonus. 😊.

The rooms where a decent size and recently renovated, appreciated it. The stuff was AFFABLE and hospitable all the time.

The total stay was wonderful during Christmas holidays. The hotel had a central setting close to bowls club & shop. Seafood restaurant Jimbo's Quality Seafood was 400 metres away from the place.

The Ballina Colonial Motel offers a clean and welcoming environment, featuring an accommodating and friendly staff. Our stay in the spacious and airy room was enjoyable, complete with a generous shower and bathroom that had excellent water pressure. the location is fantastic, conveniently situated near local clubs, making it easy to explore the area.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the colonial motel. the check-in process was swift, which I really appreciated after a long journey. the room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed, making it easy for me and my wife, who uses a wheelie walker, to navigate around. the staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. I also enjoyed the newly renovated pool, and the car parking space right outside our room was incredibly convenient.

We had a fantastic stay here! the pool was perfect for the kids, and the kitchenette made meal prep super easy. the grounds were well kept, and we appreciated the shaded car park right outside our door. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us out when we faced a minor air conditioning issue.

Lastly, the location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area of town but still close to the airport and local amenities. I particularly liked that the hotel had rooms on the ground level with three beds, which was perfect for my family. Additionally, the big shower with good water pressure was a nice touch. Lastly, it was great that breakfast was not included, as we had the option to explore the local food outlets.

This motel is an excellent choice for families with small children. It is conveniently located near many options for shopping and dining. the modern and renovated bathroom is a standout feature, along with the spotlessly clean room. the accommodating manager is a pleasure to deal with and provides excellent service.

It would be beneficial to have a more secure locking system for the doors to avoid accidentally locking oneself out of the room, like in one of the reviewed hotels.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was ideal - situated in a quiet area and within walking distance of the main shopping center. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with any issues that arose. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with three beds and a big shower offering excellent water pressure. All in all, great value for money and attention to detail.

All was more than satisfactory during my stay.
